Resource and Development 
The student will be learning about the importance of natural resources that made man to have a civilization in the first place. It can emphasize the variety of resources like land, water, minerals, and forests, and their effect on socio-economic development. The unit may deal with concept of resource distribution, utilization and the issue of how human’s activities can leads to resource depletion. Among the wide list of curricular items, students may also get acquainted with principles of sustainable development, conservation tactics or even with the issue of balancing of resource utilization with environmental preservation for future generations.


Forest and Wildlife 
The Forest and Wildlife Division is aimed at the preservation and conservation of forests and the endemic species that live therein. It cover the role of forests in maintaining biodiversity, conservation methods, animals protection, and sustainable forest management.

Water Resources 
The Water Resources Unit is concerned with the study of the Earth's water cycle, the distribution, availability, and management of its water. It outlines subjects such as freshwater ecosystems, water quality, hydrology, water conservation, and the use of water resources sustainably for different human uses and environment preservation. 
 
Agriculture
The Agriculture Unit focuses on various facets of modern agriculture that include the science, practices, and policies used in crop production and animal husbandry. It covers areas ranging from crop cultivation methods, animal husbandry, soil management, pest control, agricultural economics, and sustainable farming practices, aiming at the assurance of food security and environmental sustainability. 
 
Minerals and Energy Resources
The Minerals and Energy Resources Unit is an organ that deals with the exploration, exploitation and utilization of mines and energy sources such as minerals and energy sources. It deals with material like mineral deposits, mining techniques, both renewable and nonrenewable energy sources, energy conservation, environmental effects of resource extraction and sustainable energy technologies. 
 
Manufacturing Industries
The Manufacturing Industries Unit is the one that investigates the processes of converting raw materials into finished products on an industrial scale. The industry is diversified and comprises sectors like textiles, automobiles, electronics, chemicals and more. Subjects include production approaches, inventory management, industrial automation, quality control and the economical performance of the manufacturing in global trade. 
 
Life Lines of National Economy
The "Life Lines of National Economy" are the key sectors or industries that are the main drivers of the economic development and stability of a country. These sectors normally include agricultural, industrial (both manufacturing and construction), and service (the biggest of which are transport, communication, banking, and tourism). They are considered to be significant as they are the core units contributing a lot to national revenue, job creation and economic expansion, thus making them the backbone of an economy of a country. 
 

The Rise of Nationalism in Europe 
This unit deals with the rise and spread of nationalist movements in Europe in the 19th and early 20th centuries. It analyses some like the causes of the French revolution, the rise of nation-states, cultural identities, political ideologies, and nationalism consequences on different European countries. 
 

Nationalism in India 
This part explores the expansion of nationalism in colonial India, highlighting the fight for independence against the British regime. It includes the main events and people like the Indian National Congress, the Partition of Bengal, Mahatma Gandhi's leadership, the Non-Cooperation Movement, and the Quit India Movement. 
 

The Making of a Global World 
The second module deals with the phenomena of globalization and interdependency that shaped the contemporary world. The module considers the spreading of trade, technology, ideas, and cultures across the continents along with the effect of colonization, imperialism, industrialization and economic globalization. 
 

The Age of Industrialization 
This unit covers the revolutionary period of industrialization in the 18th and 19th centuries, concentrating on the rise of factories, urbanization, technological innovations, labor movements, social changes, and the economic consequences of industrial growth. 
 
Print Culture and the Modern World 
This lesson describes the impact of print media including newspapers, books, and pamphlets on the shaping of the modern societies and cultures. It investigates the role of literacy, the influence of printing technology on communication and information distribution, and the impact of print culture in political, social, and intellectual changes. 
 

Power Sharing 
Here the role of power distribution between various levels of government, social groups, and institutions of a given country is explored within this section. Gender, Religion and Caste

It dwells on the topics of gender equality, religious freedom, caste-based discrimination, social hierarchy, and their implications for democracy, social justice, and human rights. 
 

Popular Struggles and Movements

Political Parties
